sales target achievement

- plan how to ensure all sales goals and objectives are carried out to completion in the most effective manner possible

- maintain direct sales continuity with customers, including end users

- represent drger to dealers/ agents and establish contracts for ongoing or future business

- identify potential customers and promote company’s products

- follow up assigned project

customer relationship management

- plan how to establish customer relationship in order to meet sales target

- maintain regular contact with customers to ensure that all needed information are provided

- organize site visits and product trials for prospective customers

management of dealers/ agents

- work with dealers to achieve sales target for assigned geographic area with defined resources, tasks and goals for managed agents/dealers (i.e. propose discounts, commissions for dealers, area definitions and revisions, salary & bonus plans and revision) in alignment with the company’s overall strategy

- monitor dealers product portfolio and organization development to disclose inconsistency with drger strategy and mission

- implement sales processes and improve its efficiency continuously in align with the company requirement

- ensure that agents / dealers are properly supported, trained and evaluated; keep dealers motivated

- conduct regular dealer review meeting for performance and effectiveness and work with dealers to solve performance discrepancies as when necessary

deal with customer requirement

- answer questions and requests from customer and/or dealers/ agents and provide product information

- respond to customer complaints and resolve any technical problems, in coordination with related departments

- identify current and future customer requirements

sales support activities

- prepare cost estimations for planned special sales actions

- prepare sales reports and lost order reports.

- manage and maintain demo equipment to ensure accurate stock balances and optimal utilization

- assist in the collection of accounts receivable & overdue payments

- attend and participate in industrial trade shows and similar meetings for the purpose of displaying and promoting drger products if required by management

- provide sales forecasts as & when required.

- provide feedback to project lists.

- co-ordinates with other sales reps./management / service multi-territory and multi product projects.

market competitor analysis

- observe and collect information about the competition, their strengths, weaknesses, sales and marketing methods and philosophies

- ensure to keep knowledge about the complete drger fgds product lines and competitors up to date, ensure basic knowledge about all drger safety division products

internal communication

- communicate project information relevant for other employees both within china and abroad as applicable

- communicate with the responsible employees on multi-party projects involving decision makers outside his designated territory

- communicate product and services requirements to the responsible departments if applicable

- provide quotation and project list feedback in a timely and accurate manner

others

- ensure e_penses are controlled and justified within budgetary guidelines

- provide sales and marketing feedback on new projects, sales opportunity and competitor activities for all drger safety products and services

- operate in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures

- assure confidentiality of the customer list and other sensitive company information (e.g. internal pricing, margins etc.)

- keep continuously up-to-date with specialized product and application knowledge of main draeger product and service portfolio within her/his remit .

- keep continuously up-to-date with draeger safety portfolio in general to recognize other opportunities.

- maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations

- other duties as assigned by manager

university degree in natural sciences.

3+ years of e_perience in a multinational company;

fresh graduates with high potential can be considered.

職責描述:

1. administrative support team on paper works

paper works are including sale agreements, official stamped letters, quotations, project authorization documents, etc.

assist team leader to prepare branding materials.

2. regular visit and maintenance of relevant design firms of latest hay products

research and manage the design firms’ information, product branding to designers with team leader.

3. project registration for contract dealers, and maintenance of the registration system

support contract dealers to register contracts. at the same time, send the report to team leader every day.

4. handling inquiries from clients and design firms

providing quotations to design firms and clients according to team leader’s distribution.

5. manage furniture swatches and update with contract dealers

in conditions of dealers require any swatches and new swatches are in stock, need to arrange updates and delivery.
